About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to join our Production Support team. In this role, you will provide expert technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Absence Management and Benefits. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform within a large-scale environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, specifically Absence Management and Benefits.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud configurations to meet business requirements.
- Create detailed functional and technical designs based on business needs.
- Review and evaluate quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud updates, and plan and execute necessary testing within established timelines.
- Guide functional leads and business process owners through the configuration and testing of quarterly releases, including Redwood updates, and ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting assistance for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
- Provide support and guidance to development teams throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Present analyses and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders regarding feature enablement in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
