This crucial role will be responsible for planning and optimizing a detailed production schedule which ensures alignment of customer demands, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Required Skills:
Schedule 10 plastic injection molding machines while minimizing downtime
Anticipate and mitigate potential issues or shortages that may interrupt production
Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure supply levels are adequate and available for upcoming scheduled runs
Identify opportunities for improvement regarding efficiency, cost reduction, and downtime
Requirements:
· 5 years planning and scheduling plastic injection molding machines and labor
· Professional written and verbal communication
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of IQMS
