Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineering - Lead a Growing Team! (Houston, TX)

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage a talented team of engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen in our Houston, Texas office. For exceptionally qualified candidates, there's the potential for a VP-level role, which includes expanded business development responsibilities and a larger bonus potential tied to pre-defined performance benchmarks.
About the Role :
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide technical leadership, QA / QC oversight, and design feedback to your team. You will be responsible for overseeing industrial projects, primarily ranging from 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres. This role offers the chance to mentor and develop junior engineers while contributing to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen.
- Provide technical guidance, QA / QC oversight, and design feedback.
- Oversee industrial land development projects (5-50 acres).
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Bonus :
A competitive bonus will be offered based on performance benchmarks that will be defined and agreed upon. A significantly larger bonus potential is available for the VP-level role.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
