About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect / Technical Leader to join our team in Austin, TX. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital systems that align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a technical leader, guiding teams through complex challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of complex digital systems, including customer-facing applications.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and architectures, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Guide and mentor development teams on best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and cloud-native architectures.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all systems and applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
