Key Responsibilities:
- GRC/IRM Solution Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of GRC/IRM solutions with other ITSM modules and business processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and technical teams regarding GRC/IRM module requirements and enhancements.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance needs, and risk management objectives.
- ServiceNow Certifications and Best Practices:
- Ensure that ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules are configured according to industry best practices and comply with relevant certifications and audits.
- Ensure the modules are kept up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and certifications to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Product Roadmap & Strategy:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for the GRC/IRM modules, aligning with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Lead efforts to define and document use cases and business requirements for new features or process improvements.
- Training and Support:
- Provide leadership, training, and support for end-users and other stakeholders within the organization.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to develop knowledge base articles, training materials, and operational documentation.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies related to the GRC/IRM modules.
- Ensure GRC processes are effectively integrated into the organization’s risk management and compliance frameworks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in managing GRC/IRM modules, specifically within ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s GRC/IRM suite and related modules.
- Certifications: Experience in working with SN certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC or other related certifications.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations and solutions within the GRC/IRM framework.
