What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at AmTrim?
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruiting function for multiple locations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process for all applicants
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment processes
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration or related field, plus 2-4 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
License, Certification or Special Requirements:
None required.
