Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various compliance-related tasks and ensuring that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue insurance policies for our clients systematically via Salesforce
- Prepare and issue a large batch of policies systematically to dealers via Salesforce
- Prepare and issue policies manually to our clients via Foxit PDF Editor
- Maintain client folders and logs with currently issued policies
- Create and maintain Policy Templates
- Work with our IT development team to provide policy documents for our internal system
- Prepare and distribute Certificates of Insurance and / or letters for Providers
- Complete and send out cancellation notices
- Handle inquiries from client's and / or insurance departments in reference to policy disclosures
- Handle various daily requests (e.g., providing copies of policies)
- Pull competitor filings
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
