Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Consumer Products Specialty Risk Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing third-party administrators, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Claims Adjustment : Efficiently process and adjust claims over authority and claim audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Third-Party Administrator Oversight : Collaborate with external administrators, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Interaction : Interact with customers, underwriting, account managers and service providers to gather necessary information for claims processing and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the quality and accuracy of claims processing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Policy Compliance : Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all processes align with legal and contractual requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of claims, adjustments, and communication, and generate regular reports for management review.
