Overview
AmTrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, is seeking a Programs Compliance Manager. This position can be located in one of our claims offices and will not have direct reports.
Responsibilities
Due Diligence questionnaire kickoff, response tracking and follow-up
- Annual compliance questionnaire kickoff, response tracking and follow-up
- Escalation report review, confirmation collection on unreported cases
- TPA Payment audits
- TPA Regulatory report requests kickoff, response tracking - EDI / $0 Reserve
- TPA Trial, mediation, arbitration, PLD, DOI report tracking and escalation to PCM's, Directors and VP
- SOX compliance manager for system user requests and maintenance for TPA's
- Onboard new TPA users into AMT systems
- Internal Audit response assistance
- BDX interrogation tool review
- Report management - download of reports (snapshot?)- but confirm that this has been reviewed (can be automated in PBI)
- NC Split-funded payments
- Create paid to incurred report by reserve type
- Search WC claims with Occ / Acc companion claim
- SharePoint site mgmt. - all inclusive
- Data and information management- All Programs Document maintenance and updates, renewal tracking, new program implementation
- Loss run pulls for Program insureds on direct handled
