What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate - Corporate/Real Estate position at Amundsen Davis, LLC?
The St. Louis office of Amundsen Davis is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum ten years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and real estate. Experience with drafting corporate agreements, reviewing title, and preparing real estate documents is strongly preferred. Experience or interest in public financing in real estate development would be a plus. Candidate must be licensed in Missouri and have outstanding organizational skills, high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow - and a team player attitude. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to handle numerous matters.
