Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in construction supervision.
- Project Experience-
- Ideal: Ground-up healthcare, K-12 education, government/municipal work, or military projects.
- Transferrable: Light industrial, warehouses, heavy commercial projects, tilt-wall construction, and metal framing builds.
- Not Ideal: Multifamily or wood-frame construction experience.
Experience
- Knowledge of local subcontractors in the North Carolina area is highly preferred.
- 5 years experience as a project manager doing full scope ground up new builds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
