Job Description
Lead Superintendent on healthcare ground up construction projects. Candidates will have successfully completed several ground up construction projects, i.e. hospital, emergency room, surgery centers, doctors’ offices. 6 years of experience working on healthcare ground up construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all field personnel on a ground up Healthcare construction project.
- Oversight of all trades and subcontractors including: site development, MEP, structural concrete, finishes.
Experience
- Several completed healthcare ground up construction projects.
- 3 years as a lead superintendent.
- Knowledge of local subcontractors is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $150,000.00 per year
