Pipe Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct a crew in the installation of underground water, sewer, and storm drain pipelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Ensure proper pipe laying procedures, alignment, and grade per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations and project timelines.
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trenchers when necessary.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing OSHA and company safety policies.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and performance.
• Track materials, equipment, and labor to ensure projects stay within budget.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in underground utility installation, specifically water, sewer, and storm drainage.
• 2 years of experience in a foreman or leadership role.
• Ability to read and understand civil construction plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of pipe laying methods, trench safety, and dewatering techniques.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per week
