About the Roles:
We are actively seeking Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to join our team and oversee commercial construction projects in healthcare, life sciences, heavy commercial, and K-12 sectors. Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from pre-construction through closeout.
- Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and all project documentation.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
Assistant Project Manager:
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, heavy commercial, or K-12 construction preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage documentation, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in project execution.
Project Manager:
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction leadership.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, heavy commercial, or K-12 construction preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive project success.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
