Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee water, sewer, and storm drainage projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and efficiency.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project management within underground utilities or heavy civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, including excavation, trenching, and pipe installation.
- Experience with municipal, DOT, or private sector projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or HCSS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
