Summary
As a Project Manager you will be directly responsible for managing wet utilities for sewer, water, and storm pipelines, earthwork, mass excavation, clearing, grubbing, ggrading, roadway drainage, heavy civil highway, concrete paving, asphalt paving including:
- Working with our field operations to establish project schedules and goals Interacting with estimating and business development teams
- Interfacing with customers of the company
- Displaying professionalism, patience, and high level of customer service
- Complete financial management of your projects
Responsibilities
- Oversee a crews of Heavy equipment Operators, labors, and Project Engineers performing various projects.
- Manage private, public, and federal projects anywhere from $1M to $500 million.
- Manage all aspects of the project including project budgets, crew, subcontractors, and scheduling.
- Manage all aspects of projects from pre-construction to completion/final close out.
- Bid various projects using heavybid and bid2win to estimate and submit civil projects.
- Build job models with AutoCAD and Trimble software for gps equipment.
- Construct a project schedule using P6.
- Build relationships with owners/clients in the DFW area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams successfully.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
