- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address challenges, and provide updates.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with organizational needs and standards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to integrate Salesforce into project workflows where applicable.
- Support program development initiatives by providing insights on best practices in IT project management.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all project phases for future reference.
