Commercial Construction Superintendent – Knoxville, TN
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity to work on local projects and be part of a company making a lasting impact on the community.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ 5-10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
✅ Strong background in precast concrete, tilt-wall construction, precast panels, warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, and large structural concrete projects
✅ Successfully completed 3 full ground-up concrete projects in the Knoxville area (preferred)
✅ Proficiency in Procore and other project management software (preferred)
