Job Overview
Commercial Superintendent. Projects types include: warehouses, car dealerships, museums, free standing medical facilities, restaurants, retail, commercial rennovation/upfit . 5 years commercial/industrial construction superintendent REQUIRED.
Requirements:
- Expert in tilt-wall, structural concrete, commercial, complex builds, restaurants, retail, museums, public works, grocery stores, big box.
- 2-10 years experience as a superintendent doing full scope ground up new builds.
- Oversight of all trades, site development, and MEP crews on job site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project scheduling and budgeting, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring quality control and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction of grocery store projects.
