Duties
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets established standards.

- Assist in budgeting for projects, providing input on resource allocation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and contractors.
- Collaborate on project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation and collaboration.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide work processes effectively.
- Supervise junior staff and provide training as needed on equipment and procedures.
- Use an ohmmeter and other tools for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a utility or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting principles related to project management.
- Proficient in using Bluebeam software for project planning and documentation.
- Understanding of schematics and technical drawings is essential.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing tools, including an ohmmeter, is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
