- Collaborate with team members to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and fit for client needs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations during recruitment processes related to safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss candidate pipelines and project updates.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction terminology.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations is essential for ensuring safety compliance.
- Experience with project management tools such as Bluebeam or Primavera is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
