Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily wastewater operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of wastewater treatment systems, pipelines, and underground utilities.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train and mentor field staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Prepare reports, track project performance, and recommend operational improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to maintain efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment, underground utilities, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and local wastewater regulations.
- Experience managing construction crews, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
