Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally as related to appliance warranties.
- Be the liaison between the customer and the manufacturer, handling the necessary paperwork for Manufacturer's Warranties.
- Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing, making phone calls as related to warranty work.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- General computer proficiency
