This role offers a competitive salary in addition to inclusion in the company's profit sharing, 401K, medical, and dental programs. The annual base pay range for this role is between $50,000 and $70,000.

Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and ensure proper protection of job sites.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with clients.
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and materials at the job site.
- Assist in the layout and installation of cabinetry and other components.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites, ensuring protection measures are followed for all tools and areas.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in carpentry or completion of trade school is required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including up to 40-60 hours per week, with frequent travel outside of New York.
