Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking dedicated Powder Coaters to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Candidates should bring in a high level of excitement and punctuality. They will be responsible for performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety & quality. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6 : 00AM-4 : 30PM Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities :
- Size parts accurately following the annealing process.
- Use measuring tools to ensure parts meet specified tolerance standards.
- Mask and clean parts to prepare them for the painting process.
- Apply powder coating and oversee the curing process.
- Assemble parts according to blueprint specifications, selecting and placing hardware as directed by the prints.
- Perform a final inspection of the paint finish and assembled products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
