172-Unit Conventional property, is looking to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor.

The right candidate must:
· HVAC certified - Type 2 or Universal
· Have valid driver license with good driving record, and reliable transportation
· Pass criminal, credit and drug screening
Other Qualifications required for job duties:

. Strong Communication skills
. Maintain Inventory of supplies
. Be a working supervisor - completing turns, work orders, and other various repairs including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, Appliance, Carpentry
. Assign work to contractors and follow up on their performance
· Dedication to curb appeal
· Attention to detail with a proactive mentality
· Able to lift 50 lbs. alone, 100 lbs. with assistance.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
· Perform some custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc. in common areas.
· Assist in grounds work when necessary, daily. Includes daily breezeway walk
· Complete work orders in a timely manner, perform Preventative Maintenance
· Participate in a rotating standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
· Maintain ALL sidewalks and steps to be free of snow and ice in winter months. Able to work in ALL temperatures and weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
