What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Personnel/ Customer service representative position at Amuse-O-Matic, Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Service video game, pool tables and other machines on customer locations.
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
- Clean machines to make customer experience appealing.
- Handles customer's concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Requires good oral and written communication skills to work effectively with others inside and outside departmental boundaries, at remote locations and/or outside the company.
- Requires accurate record keeping skills,
- Requires ability to balance sales to cash collected.
- Requires Driver's license.
- Use handheld to work machine sales and collect cash from machines.
- Work well independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
