We are looking for a motivated Landscape Construction General Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of outdoor structures, hardscapes, and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical labor, enjoys working outdoors, and is eager to learn new skills in landscape construction. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Dig trenches, grade terrain, and prepare job sites for construction
- Load and unload materials, including stone, pavers, mulch, and soil
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment such as shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors, and saws
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe
- Assist in irrigation, drainage, and other landscaping systems as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Experience in construction or landscaping preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and small machinery (training provided if necessary)
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license may be required

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
