Job Summary
AMVA Corporations provides residential and day program services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Residential maintenance technicianis responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility and for delivering and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the facility, facility grounds and landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Overall maintenance, repair, landscaping, janitorial and upkeep of the facility and grounds under the direction of the facility administrator.
- Performs day-to-day maintenance.
- Develops and maintains adequate control and inventory of tools and supplies including a check-in/out system.
- Follows work order system to ensure maintenance and repair orders are attended to promptly on a priority basis, including emergencies.
- Completes monthly facility walk through.

- A minimum of two years’ experience in construction, or general facility maintenance and repair required.
