Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing data to estimate project costs.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery of projects.
- Providing detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Three years' experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware estimating highly recommended or: three years' commercial construction project estimating.
- Familiarity with estimating software suites not required but highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, including architectural drawings and specifications.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Proficient in the English language.
