Solution Development Manager
">This role is responsible for developing and implementing solutions to improve operational processes and reduce costs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in fulfillment centers throughout the network. ">
- Analyze data and develop standards for labor utilization to optimize workflow and minimize costs. ">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operations are driving quality through efficiency while adhering to compliance standards. ">
- Develop and present analytical information and operational executable plans to deliver productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvements. ">
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ">
- 5 years of experience in process engineering or process improvement, preferably in multi-location logistics. ">
- Advanced experience with applications such as Visio, Smart sheets, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ">
- Lean six sigma certification preferred. Agile and scrum master experience also preferred. ">
