Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in fulfillment centers throughout the network. ">
- Conduct time studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow. ">
- Establish work measurement programs and analyze data to develop standards for labor utilization. ">
- Partner with operations to lead and develop local site process engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. ">
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ">
- 5 years of experience in process engineering or process improvement, preferably in multi-location logistics. ">
- Advanced experience with applications such as Visio, Smart sheets, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ">
- Lean six sigma certification preferred. Agile and scrum master experience also preferred. ">
