Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL driver to join our team as a Waste Management Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating waste collection trucks and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy trucks along designated routes, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
- Identify and report any safety issues or concerns, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor waste levels and identify potential contamination risks, taking prompt action to address these issues.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize route efficiency and productivity, meeting or exceeding departmental standards.
Requirements
- Class B CDL license with at least two years of experience driving heavy commercial trucks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
