Job Title : CDL Refuse Collection - Swing Driver
Amwaste of Georgia is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Waste Collection - Swing Driver to join our team. As a Swing Driver, you will be responsible for driving a variety of waste collection vehicles on assigned routes to collect and transport waste materials to designated disposal sites.
Responsibilities :
- Operate all waste collection vehicles, including but not limited to, rear loaders, front loaders, side loaders, and roll-off trucks
- Collect and transport waste materials from residential, commercial, and industrial areas to designated disposal sites
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and report any defects or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of daily routes, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
