What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to oversee the payroll function for our U.S., Canada, and Dominican Republic-based employees. As the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, management, compliance and payroll coordination. You will oversee the end-to-end payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of payroll for our employees. You will also be a key business partner with other functions to drive improvements to ensure scalability as the business continues to grow, while also providing excellent employee experience. You would report to the Director of US Benefits, Payroll, and Employee Programs.
Some of your job duties would include:
- Manage payroll processing systems and transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, deductions, and compliance
- Remit payroll taxes, file returns, and distribute annual forms (W2s-T4s) accurately and timely
- Establish and maintain payroll controls and procedures for SOX compliance and external service providers
- Leverage technology solutions, audit payroll runs, diagnose issues, respond to inquiries, and update policies and practices as needed
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Develop goals, objectives, and performance expectations
- Provide day-to-day team leadership and prioritization
There will be little to no travel in this role. You would be expected to align to the current on-site Campus Collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and be on-site additional days as needed.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR or Financial experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Payroll processing or administration.

- Have high attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills to manage payroll transactions, taxes, compliance, and audits
- Be a self-motivated, result-oriented, and flexible leader who can prioritize deliverables, solve problems, challenge status-quo, and work independently with minimal supervision
