this role :
This role partners with many cross-functional groups (e.g., manufacturing, project engineering, innovation and sciences, marketing, project management, procurement, planning, finance, etc.) and gives you great exposure to how Amway's entire supply chain operates.
Process engineers are the technical experts of the facility they are assigned to and are thus responsible for building the capability for manufacturing to receive all new products, processes, and equipment purchases. This fast-paced role also comes with a large amount of indirect leadership responsibilities.
Required qualifications :
- BS / BA in Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Exposure to hands-on industry experience working within an FDA or cGMP manufacturing environment, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, or Medical devices.
