Our aircraft include Praetor 600, Gulfstream 600, Gulfstream 550, Citation CJ4, and Helicopters Airbus H145 and Sikorsky S-76 C . We support business owners and business executives directly with face-to-face interactions. Professional Pilot Magazine has recognized our flight department as “Flight Department of the Year”.
The Corporate Flight team at Amway provides aircraft services to Amway Owners, Amway executives, and other dignitaries. This team is known for professionalism and service in the air and on the ground. How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
Your role in Planning will play a pivotal role in the success of our department as we provide our interns with real, meaningful projects that one or more full-time employees would normally complete. During the internship, you will also have the opportunity to work on some of our key systems daily. This provides insights into what full-time employees accomplish and potential challenges.

- Streamline the artwork change communication process with internal partners and suppliers
- identify gaps and opportunities in raw material inventory management.
- Desired Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management
- Desired Class Year: Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
- Desired Skills: Informed decision-making, customer service oriented, personal responsibility, having an inclusive mindset to work with partners from various backgrounds, leadership skills, being able to convey clear expectations, and taking responsibility for decision-making.
