What’s special about this team: The Healthy Beauty Global Brand Management group is a hardworking team focused on delivering high quality products and assets to support our Amway Health & Well-being portfolio. In the Beauty space, this team works closely with cross functional partners such as: project management, formulation, package engineering, planning and manufacturing to guide development projects through the Idea To Market (ITM) process to successfully launch new products globally. In addition, the team works with internal creative partners and external agencies to develop communications assets that help promote and sell these new products in a highly competitive marketplace. On this team you will help navigate the various elements of bringing new products to market while having the platform for continued leadership development.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
We are looking for an intern to join our Global Brand Management Team. We seek someone who is a motivated team player who is passionate about the Skincare category and eager to bring new products to life for our Amway Business Owners and their customers. Your role in this internship is to help us analyze our business and make recommendations to continue to innovate to be competitive in both products and go-to-market approaches to support our ABOs and ultimately drive sales.
An example of a typical project would be: Managing parts of an ITM project from inception to post-launch, including brand strategy, product development, pricing strategy, creative asset direction, go-to-market planning and more. For example, category analysis internally and externally, competitive review, and recommendations to support our 2025 plans.
