Roles & Responsibilities
- Claims Processing: Acquire expertise in all internal responsibilities related to the aggregate claim process.
- Subject Matter Expert: Become Stealth Partner Group’s subject matter expert on the aggregate claim process.
- Communication Support: Serve as the primary contact with carriers regarding aggregate claims.
- Administrative Tasks: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to aggregate stop-loss claims, including report requests, review, research, and resolution on discrepancies, claim filing, and information requests.
- Monthly Reports: Complete and review monthly aggregate reports for accounts utilizing the monthly aggregate accommodation product, communicating, and processing claims as needed.
- Professional Communication: Communicate professionally, timely, clearly, and accurately with internal and external stakeholders regarding aggregate claims or the claim process.
- Resource Management: Build and maintain carrier resource information required for annual and monthly aggregate claim submissions.
- Adaptability: Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
- Eagerness to Learn: A passion for learning Stealth’s business model and understanding the products we work with.
- Education or Equivalent Experience: College degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Capability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills; ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff members.
