Amwins is seeking unique and collaborative individuals to join our lively Client Services Binders Team. These individuals will be given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced binding process.
- The Binders team is responsible for creating a “binder” on behalf of the Underwriting Team for the purpose of committing to a quote. The documents created by the Binders team is the initial step in the insurance policy creation process.

- Follow documented process review new binder request to determine appropriate next steps
- Conduct research to determine if additional information will be required to complete the binding process
- Data entry to complete the binder documents in designated systems
- Communicate via email with internal and external stakeholders including Underwriting team, retail agents, and carrier
- Other duties as assigned or developed
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience or relevant education in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Proficient in navigating a computer, creating emails and documents etc
- Proven accuracy in data entry
- Demonstrates customer service excellence

- Professional written communication skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
