Responsibilities
- Internal Claim Reporting: Prepare and issue internal claim reporting to designated recipients.
- Accuracy: Work directly with internal claims teams to ensure accuracy of internal reporting.
- Collaboration: Work directly with internal sales department, Account Executives and Account Managers to maintain the accuracy of external distribution lists.
- Communication: Work with appropriate stakeholders to answer all questions from external parties timely.
- Special Reporting: Oversee and develop special reporting to meet the needs of our broker and clients.
- Customer Service: Effectively communicate with our broker, clients, third party administrators and carriers to ensure a high level of service is always provided.
- Ad Hoc: Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Education: College degree or 2 years equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
- Microsoft Office Products: Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems will be critical to success.
- Multi-tasking: Proven ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work cooperatively and jointly within a team environment.
- Communication: Effective communicator, both written and verbally.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a must.
