Including creating, coordinating and shipping various event materials and managing attendee data on event platforms like CVENT & Forms. This position will be located in office at our Piedmont Row location in Charlotte, NC.

Position Summary
The Event Coordinator responsibilities are to support our team of Senior Event Coordinators in event planning and execution. Including creating, coordinating and shipping various event materials and managing attendee data on event platforms like CVENT & Forms. This position will be located in office at our Piedmont Row location in Charlotte, NC.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Creating and printing event related materials.
- Manage billing for event contracts and purchased materials.
- Managing and scrubbing attendee data within registration platforms like CVENT.
- Creation of attendee mobile app in CVENT.
- Build post conference surveys in Survey Monkey.
- Manage attendee’s ticket distribution for event.
- Shipping of promotional and event materials.
- Provide on-site support for events and outings, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years of event experience, corporate is preferred
- CVENT Certification preferred but not required
- Located in the Charlotte, NC Area
- Able to work in office
- Highly motivated
- Organized and Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to take action
- Critical problem-solving skills
