Amwins is seeking adaptable and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing Client Services Team! Our team members are given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced policy issuance process.

Policy Administration Admitted is seeking individuals who can apply critical thinking to foundational training when problem solving. The ideal candidate is flexible and has an eager mindset to learn the components of all things incorporated by Amwins for Policy Admitted - Policy Setup, Document Retrieval, and Direct Bill Reconciliation.

We Are Looking For People With

  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
  • Property and Casualty License preferred or ability to earn a license within 90 days (cost reimbursed and study support provided by Amwins)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience or relevant education in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
  • At least 1 year of prior insurance experience preferred
    • Wholesale insurance is a plus!
  • Proficient in navigating a computer, creating emails and documents etc.
  • Proven accuracy in data entry
  • Demonstrates customer service excellence
  • Organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional professional written communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
