Join our Brokerage team in Farmington, CT. This position is in-office, with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

Each Associate Broker provides vital team functions:
- Review submissions information required to issue new or renewal quotes
- Rate and prepare of new or renewal quotes
- Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
- Monitor various reports for consistency
- Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
- Data entry into multiple internet based systems
We are looking for people with:
- 3-5 years insurance experience
- Casualty experience a plus!
- Desire to grow in an active sales role
