Join our team as a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Tampa, FL!

Our Receptionist provides vital team functions:
  • Greeting guests and providing general support to office visitors
  • Effectively communicate by email, phone and written correspondence
  • Manage employees' badge access
  • Order and stock all office and breakroom supplies
  • Manage vendor relationships for office and break rooms
  • Collect and distribute mail and shipments
  • Provide office support services such as photocopying, compilation and distribution of materials
  • Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
  • Ensure conference rooms, supply rooms and break-rooms are always neat, stocked and maintained
  • Place orders for breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed
  • Support Administration with other duties as assigned
We are looking for people with:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years’ relevant experience
    • Office environment preferred
