Job description
Amy Art Piano was founded in 2013 by a group of piano teachers who are passionate about music education. We are devoted to making piano lessons approachable and comprehensively fun for any child.
We are looking for piano teachers/instructors who are willing to do in-person teaching for a music school in Flushing, NY. Students are welcome.
Please note Mandarin is a must since most of our students/parents are Chinese.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience 1 years
- You must be comfortable teaching students 5-16 years old
- You must be comfortable teaching students with knowledge levels ranging from beginner to late intermediate
- Piano Performance major or equivalent is required
- Ability to teach note reading, technique, and musicality
- Be friendly and personable
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
