We’re looking for a content-obsessed, detail-loving, eager-to-learn intern to join our fast-paced (and fun!) team that works behind the scenes of a growing digital brand. You’ll get hands-on experience in the world of influencer marketing, content strategy, and creative production—and yes, you’ll probably end up in a few Instagram Stories along the way.

• Location: Connecticut-based (local candidates preferred)
• Type: Part-time (15 hours per week)
• Compensation: Paid internship
• Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension

As a Content Production Intern, you will:

• Develop practical skills in video production, editing, and graphic design
• Learn industry-standard software and tools
• Receive mentorship from experienced content creators, including Amy Landino
• Build a professional portfolio with real-world projects
• Gain insights into content strategy and social media management

• Shadow production processes from concept to completion
• Assist with filming and basic equipment setup
• Learn video editing techniques
• Contribute creative ideas to storytelling

• Create basic graphics for social media platforms
• Design thumbnails for YouTube and other video platforms
• Assist in maintaining visual branding consistency
• Develop skills in Adobe Creative Suite

• Help implement social media content plans
• Learn how to analyze social media metrics
• Research current trends and best practices
• Gain exposure to website content management and basic SEO

• Basic understanding of video production and design fundamentals
• Active knowledge of social media platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for learning
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Receptive to feedback

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
• Or demonstrated interest in content creation through personal projects

• Weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions

• Hours: 15 hours per week
