- Close sales deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our housekeeping services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and housekeeping team.
- Educate team members on marketing best practices and insights to enhance overall sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the housekeeping sector.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
