Our Medford plant has a variety of positions in different areas of the business, including Manufacturing Workers and Operators, Kitchen Kettle Cooks and Preps, Sanitation Workers and more! The best part is you don’t need manufacturing experience to apply! We welcome all candidates who are able and willing to work hard, be engaged and show up to work everyday with a great attitude. All positions are physically demanding and do require someone who is willing and able to be on their feet staying physically active throughout most of their shift. Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals must be able to do physical work for 8–10-hour shifts, on your feet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The work environment may be very hot, very cold, and/or very humid. The noise level is high. Employees may frequently be required to walk on wet floors.
