Summary
Amy's Pastry is looking to hire a Sales Team Shift Leader to join our front end of the bakery. Must have excellent customer service skills to ensure sales and handling any complaints that may occur. Must be able to communicate information between BOH and FOH to ensure orders are taken to store's capability. Must be able to work various flexible shifts; Must work holidays and weekends. Must be able to keep FOH staff organized and maintain a presentable store front. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Use proper credit card and cash handling to open and close registers at end of business day
- Perform all position expectations for the duration of shift
- Maintain an organized and responsible crew
- Communicate with customers and professionally respond to complaints
- Communicate with BOH and FOH in order to maintain business operations
- Responsible for proper order taking for self and crew
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have or the ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification
- Work weekends and Holidays
- Able to communicate and work in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
